Miranda Kerr
In her structure I have tried to explore a more feminine and delicate nature of form, with the building almost wrapped around the island like a cloth or clothing. She is very motivated by fashion and thus I have chosen to incorporate that into the design. The purple colour of the wraparound was also based on her own preference of colour.
Angela Merkel
For Merkel I have designed a much more angular and harder style of structure, more practical and almost menacing and penetrating the cliffs, reflecting her power and representation. The angular forms of the structures are in direct contrast to the curved nature of Miranda's buildings and is based around the practical pursuits of her life.
